Platinum-selling rapper Toosii has released “Yesterday,” a new single that finds the North Carolina artist reflecting on lost connections, lingering emotions and the hope of repairing a strained relationship.
Produced by Ant Chamberlain and Bino Beats, “Yesterday” pairs melodic vocals with deeply personal lyrics, continuing a formula that has helped Toosii build a devoted audience. The release arrives as the follow-up to “Proud of Me,” a fan favorite that gained traction online and served as an autobiographical statement centered on perseverance and self-belief.
The latest song extends a productive stretch for the rapper, whose recent releases have included “Even Then” and “Please Don’t Go” with YoungBoy Never Broke Again. Toosii also spent time on YoungBoy’s successful MASA Tour and has continued to establish himself as a strong live performer following his own sold-out headlining dates and arena appearances alongside Rod Wave.
